Shipping Policy for CodeGeek Innovations LIMITED

What Is A Business Day?
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays (federal holidays when the US Postal Service is closed). Please refer to the USPS website for the postal holiday calendar. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Delivery Times
Delivery hours are between 6:00 AM EST and 10:00 PM EST on weekdays.

Absence on Delivery Day
If you are not available on the scheduled delivery day, the postal worker will leave your parcel or a notice at your door or mailbox. This notice will allow you to reschedule the delivery date or pick it up at your local post office.

Returned to Sender Policy
For domestic USA shipments, if a package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the address. If we are unable to establish communication after repeated attempts within five (5) business days, we will issue a refund for the purchased items, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. All shipping estimates pertain to domestic U.S. orders and are in addition to a 3-5 business day processing time.

  • Ground Shipping:

    • FREE on orders over $75 within the Continental United States.
    • $5.95 shipping charge for orders less than $75.
    • Estimated delivery: 6-10 Business Days.

  • 3-5 Day Shipping:

    • Cost applied (please inquire at checkout).

  • 2-Day Shipping:

    • Cost applied (please inquire at checkout).

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, if you provided your email address at checkout, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link to track your shipment.

Pre-Order Items
All orders that include pre-ordered products will ship together. If you would like to receive items that are immediately available without waiting for the pre-order product release date, please place those items in a separate order.

Free Shipping Restrictions
CodeGeek Innovations LIMITED may offer free shipping on selected orders when advertised. Some products may not qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping Policy
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we have an agreement with our carriers that items will not be returned to us if all attempts to deliver a package to our international customers have been made.
